Wont be long i guess..
i was at the launch site at singapore last weekend and fuyohhh.. Omnia was selling on its own. I doubt half the ppl who bought it even bother checking the RAM which is slightly disappointing. It is S$398 plus 2 years contract (8GB). That would work out to be less than RM2k here i think. Anyhooo, this is what we call early marketing strategy Im still waiting for the malaysian pricing to temp me This post has been edited by pmsoo: Jun 25 2008, 03:28 PM |

QUOTE(hanissyazwan @ Jun 25 2008, 10:37 PM) Yeah this is the biggest downside of the phone. But some reviewers hands-on experiences claimed it's not as bad as you think. But anyhow we still need to see for ourselves though. |

I hope you guys do realise that it is only a 3.2 inch screen and not a 40 inch tv. 80k pixels for a 3.2" screen is almost the same as 1 million pixels on a 40" tv. On a 3.2" screen, you can't really tell there are missing pixels.
This is my opinion anyway. I might be wrong but it sounds logical to me. |

yes but for the money that you would be spending, it wouldn't hurt to get the best of the best.

As they say, higher resolution requires a more powerful battery. Otherwise you would be charging the phone almost everyday. Anyway the dpi is higher than most monitor screens.
Its just funny if you want a higher dpi on such a small screen. Its not like we have telescopic eyes. Might as well be using a magnifying glass. I believe the Xperia will have a very high resolution with a big battery. I wonder how tiny everything is going to look to have like 9 views on a screen. |

f480 said to be better performance for its Croix UI compare to F700 and F490. but it is no WinMo and definitely not i900.
