Actually i call it bulking but i am more interested in strength gains,as i know that I'll lose some of it during cutting!

I don't want to end up with a nice body but no strength!
*
ooo. for some reason my poundages increases when i started cutting. funny. lol. maybe it was those forced reps la.

haha i would gladly ditch the jogs if HIIT really helps in getting rid of the fats.

how are circuits done?  smile.gif
*
erm, i would suggest you not to do HIIT first without proper supplementation of sufficient fats and protein or it could lead to greater muscle loss rather than fat loss. jog for at least 15 mins about 60-70% of your MHR.

as for weights training, you can try supersetting opposite muscle or circuit style or even giant sets but always remember to keep the intensity high by reducing the rest between sets as much as possible. just my 2 cents that worked for me.

what i mean is pretty simple... no weight training... nothing intense like sprinting tht could lead to muscle loss!!! anything involving muscle meaning you're solely working your muscle instead of pumping your heart!!!
anyway here's my fat loss progress and increase of lean muscle mass throughout my 2 weeks... im keeping my night meal small so tht i can really start my day totally fresh with light cardio but at times craving comes in... i do follow my weight workout routine as what registryeditor says... keep your workout intense... i keep my rest 30 seconds for the regular exercise and 40 seconds if im doing supersets... the only downside to this kinda regime is tht you can't lift as heavy as you can actually push cause short rest pumps your heart pretty fast and not easy to push heavy as your muscle fatigues fast... but you can definitely feel the pump and hardness due to the constant blood flow...
here's my pic after a a week plus of morning cardio... not bad... could see obvious difference and i only skip.. really wanna do jogging in the morning but due to certain circumstances...

weight and height? proper lighting also, coz the shady lighting can make your body look defined as to where the light falls. not that i am telling you that you are not ripped or whatsoever. no offence btw.

doesnt really matter whether its HIIT or LISS or PUKE or GRRL. just do you cardio dues and you'll lose those fats. these are all gimmicks IMHO. whatever it is, its still cardio if you ask me. LOL

i dun post crappy post in HnF... only in kopitiam.. what i say most of the time is true

Added on February 16, 2009, 11:33 amthe rational is... they use hormone of poultry n cows... when u eat d meat d hormones goes 2gether in ur body also...

why u tthink american are so big? because they eat thir hormone laid meat... what's so ahrd to understand?
*
the hormones that go into poultry and cows and all are only to make THEM bigger. it does not work miraculously in OUR body again. well, unless of course you can prove me wrong. americans are BIG because their diet are mostly protein based and weightlifting is like second nature to them unlike us malaysian, our diet are mostly carbohydrate based and we still have that 'lepak' mentality in us.

QUOTE(SeLrAhC @ Feb 16 2009, 11:44 AM)
it does... if u read d articles.. the major scare of these hormones after breeding it stays in certain parts of the animals... like tyroid area both chicken n cow.. and they use these parts to make animal feed... so feeding hormoned food to these  animals and injecting them even more hormones make the meat filled with hormones. and when u consume these meat it goes into ur body and works nearly d same way as d animals.

why 8 year old girl can get pregnant in d west? this is one of the reasons... whities are becoming more mature even during young because of this effect.
*
there are waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy to many factor affecting an 8 year old getting pregnant i can assure you that. lol. also, if all the hormones injected does stay, then it wouldnt be FDA, JAKIM approved, bla bla bla, better still all of us wouldve grew into ronnie coleman's size. even if the hormones were retained, i bet it would be a very very insignificant amount. btw, the the source u provided was just a pilot study. so, isnt that accurate yet. smile.gif

sorry for getting into the line after so long inactive
but i have to agree with registryeditor on this one
selrahc, if ur talking about the likes of monsanto in the US, then ur hormone talk is different
but growth hormones in poultry they do affect human beings...if they are being injected excessively and provided always in that light the chickens dont die...and the effects on human beings take a long long time to manifest anyway...
do you even know how growth hormones work?
the ones the BB's take are those injected in the subcutaneous area of your skin (fatty areas) to work into the bloodstream and artificially tell your oblongata to produce more growth hormones...and hell yeah the hormones die very fast if not REFRIGERATED...get that...because these hormones are spray dried...read up on somatropin etc or brands like Keifei ltd

and soya bean's estrogen bukan banyak pun...i've seen big big guys at those gym rakyat (which of course jabbed themselves with test,gh, etc etc) take Vsoy with protein and they still got big minus ladies' breasts
hahaha
*
soy protein is a damn good source of protein. slow release protein. except the fact that most of the ones in the market got soooo much sugar. if you prepare you're own, its a pretty good addition into you're diet. you cant get b itch t its just from drinking soy protein lol.

i dont use NO products. for some reason, i have very high tolerance for caffein although i dont drink caffeine. if you check properly the nutritional facts, almost all NO products are caffeine based. thats why you gotta cycle it out. or else you CNS builds tolerance and there wouldnt be any effect anymore. the mechanics are similar to fat burners.
