spot on matey! no matter how you look at it, women are never turned off by muscle. it represents better sexual appeal. frankly speaking, most guys say they dont like too bulky muscle is not because they dont like but they cant get it lol.

i preach bout the confidence part. it definitely does for some reason. also, you tend to talk with your chest sticking out and all. the only sport that pays for hardwork is bodybuilding. unlike other sports, to achieve greater heights, you need talent. but not for bodybuilding. thats the beauty of it.

alright guys, after so long im finally posting my pics. this is my lat spread pose taken by terry gallyot himself. lol. his hands abit shaky haha!
i understand i still have lots of work to be done especially those lagging parts and pls pardon me in my workoing out pajamas. lol. criticism is definitely welcomed! p/s: waist is still 36 here. im about 6 feet tall. holding alot of fat at the gut. lol. in my cutting stage now. lol. where did i get that? i dunno la. lol. but i do almost all the back workouts. every week different workout. i never do same exercise as the previous week. btw, rows. rows are very important, close grip and wide grip in my opinion.

yeah, well, from what ive learnt from the guys at my gym, is, back is an extremely big muscle. you gotta really whack that fellar. back workouts should be done really heavy, reps range bout 8-10 and get more rests between each intense sets for the muscle to recuperate.
