"oh ok... tq" then he left... i continue ATG. =.= didnt give a damn... haha ATG=Ass To Ground? ya, button touch your calf well, i've gym almost more than half year, so far i only seen one fellow doing ATG squat other than that, either no squat at all or squat narrow, not even pararel 2day i went to gym, when i done my warm down, i just sit on bench looking to 2 big fellow doing squat.. lol, squat up to 100kg+ but not even squat till pararel, they have nice upper body, both wearing long pant, but i dont think they have nice leg lo. |
