need a tattoo artist suggestion, one that's pretty affordable in price but can replicate well enough if i show him a picture? Personally went to Sunway Pyramid's tattoo shop and said something of this size would be about RM500.. Mehendi Style like the following:

I want to do something like this, full back, and want to cover existing tattoo on the neck area, so the artist must be good in modify the design, is there any recommended studio for this type of tattoo?

Also about how many session and what are the budget for this?

I asked methodist church pastors before about their view, they said because back then tattooing was only done by people that marked themselves to worship the devil. Nowadays very rare got these kinda scenario, heck the Church Reverand mia daughter also tattoo her wrist of a cross in the middle of a pair of wings. She said she spent over a year finding for a Christian tattooist, so her father would approve
