how much does a normal tattoo cost ? ( about the size of a palm ) ? plan to make one on the ankle . and any recommended place around subang ?

How much do full calf tattoos generally cost? Looking to get a whole sleeve from thigh below.
For a typical asian skin thats slightly on the browner side, I don't think colored tattoos may come out as nice as people with lighter skin. True? |

need a tattoo artist suggestion, one that's pretty affordable in price but can replicate well enough if i show him a picture? Personally went to Sunway Pyramid's tattoo shop and said something of this size would be about RM500.. Mehendi Style like the following:
