Is there any recommendation for tattoo artist around KL area as I plan to get a oriental style dragon chasing the pearl at the back of my body and to cover up one small existing tattoo?
How much I should budget for the back tattoo with color? |

I want to do something like this, full back, and want to cover existing tattoo on the neck area, so the artist must be good in modify the design, is there any recommended studio for this type of tattoo? Also about how many session and what are the budget for this? Thank you |
