I have a pair of twins and they were born prematurely at 28 weeks gestation in 2011. They were conceived naturally and I was above 30 at that time. I went to a private hospital and also Putrajaya hospital for monthly check up because in case of normal delivery, I will stick with the gynae at private hospital (I had my first born there under the same gynae) while in case of emergency, I will go to Putrajaya because they have better neonatal facilities. At putrajaya, I opted for the private sector so that the waiting time is shorter and the chance to get a bed during delivery is higher. I was glad I made this decision as my waterbag ruptured at 28th week. My twins lived in the incubator for more than a month and were only discharged after 50 over days. They are healthy and active boys now and so tall and well built they can pass as an 11 year old at age 7. I always remember what the Putrajaya Dr told me when I asked him if I should do the triple test to check if the babies are "normal" (due to my age)... he replied "God only give us the best". It was like an enlightenment to me at that time and I always remember this whenever I am lost. Btw, this Dr. is a Muslim and I am a Christian. I always believe no matter what religion we belief in, the teaching is always the same... offer love, kindness, honesty, compassion and etc. Feel free to ask if you have questions about raising up twins. Do we need to consult doctor to check our body health first? (if yes, appreciate you guys to recommend. We are not local from KL and Selangor. Unsure who is good. Prefer female doctor)

Depends on you. You can start trying or see a doc first.
But I would suggest to do a blood test before u both try to conceive. At least you know your health condition before getting pregnant. Also a thalassemia test as well.
I went to see gynae for routine checkup Pap smear and ultrasound before getting married.
Dr Jean woo from Gleneagles KL if u are looking for a female gynae in kL but have to make apptment few weeks in advance.

Also take folic acid while you are trying to conceive that’s

I think the best age to get pregnant is in the mid 20s. This can help avoid future complications of the baby. One key thing to note is that new borns can be quite hard to handle in the first few months - so getting the right products is very important in these key stages

Definitely best to be pregnant in mid 20s. Thats ideal for babies development and growth

My wife went to hospital kerajaan. They scan and told my wife that she miscarriage. Because supposedly already 11 weeks but if scan only 5 weeks.

So we went to another private clinic. The xray is clearer than gov hospital. But they said only 6 weeks. They say up to us want to dnc or wait another 2 weeks.

What do you guys think? Should we wait another weeks or dnc? And any idea where can do dnc at good price?
