Yes, he does know about it and his surgery scar is there always to remind him He is now 16 and doing extremely well. I'm just very blessed to have such a wonderful son.

First thing first, I would like to thank everyone who gave advises and tips to get pregnant since after 1 year of effort referring and following to the advise and tip by you guys, finally my wife manage to get pregnant with our first baby since last 3 months ago.

However, during our last checkup last week at Putrajaya Clinic, the doctor gave me suprising news whereby my wife actually carrying a twin after they scan my wife's tummy. They gave my wife medicines and ask us to refer to Putrajaya Hospital since pregnancy with twin babis is considered as major case and need to be referred to goverment hospital instead of normal clinic.

At first, I was very happy to received the news and told my relatvies, friends and colleague regarding the good news. But then, I became worry after my colleague told me about the recent tragedy happened to one of our ex-collueague where at first she was pregnant with twin but during her 6-7 months of pregnancy, one of the twin couldnt survive and died in the womb. My worries increases when I remembered during the doctor scanned my wife's tummy at the clinic, the doctor told us that one of the baby not actively moving while the other really active. Still, both baby's heart still have pulse. I hope both my child are okay.

So, I would again appreciate if experienced parent with twin kid here could share some tip and advise to ensure that both twin babies and mom manage to went through everything okay.

As for the tip, keep your body and mind healthy by doing plenty of exercise(or at least 1-2 times per week) and eat healthy at the same time. After married, me and wife tried to conceive for almost a year but no result. However after me and my wife started practicing healthy lifestyle on mid of this year, positive result finally came in. Its hard actually since me and my wife usually went back from work at 9pm-10pm daily and didnt have time to exercise. Summore we have used to eat malay food (which mostly unhealthy due to santan and fried style). But after a tip by fellow forumers here to start practicing healthy lifestyle, we manage to get our first children, a twin summore. I would also recommend you to try that tip.

Just normal method. I think maybe me and wife kinda luck.
