Actually this is not the first dr who told me the same thing. But when time goes by, more n more prob occur. Previously, I was suspected endometrium ca. But luckily report showed everything ok. I wanna get more info regarding this. I don't mind providing my opt picture to expert. If there are experts I can sent them privately. Cos from what I googled "endometriotic foci" seems like quite serious case.

At 23 how can u get endometrium ca=cancer?? ultrasound scan alone cannot diagnose endometriotic foci, it must be from the operation findings. If you are worried scik about it, remember 25% of healthy and well women are walking around with endometriotic foci inside them without even knowing they have any sickness. relax get married and start a family early is a step in the right direction.

Do seek for second opinion, if you've any doubt.
It's true that endometriosis cannot be confirm thru scan, one can only diagnose thru laposcopy or some called it keyhole surgery. I just went for my surgery 3 weeks ago and doctor performed the "correction" during the surgery. Mine was Endormetriosis stage 1... My case seemed mild, from the surgical video, it looks liked lesion on the flesh surface. As for PCOS, well... Guess it's very common now, with 2 in every 5 women are diagnose with it; once the "ovary drilling" is done, voila, hormone back to normal.

Btw, PCOS & Endormetriosis will return, the advice given by my doctor is to have a child or 2 soon.

I was just wondering. If having unprotected sex, without ejaculating into the womans vagina, is it possible for the woman to get pregnant? I read about pre ejaculation and how men can be unaware of. Is this possible?

Possible but very low probability.

Hhmmmmm a good gynae would sit down with you and explain more about the condition and counsel you on the available solutions without overwhelming you. It's a lot better option than counseling with Dr Google. Probably go and schedule another appointment with him/her?

I know that and I accept that. But my woman somehow, she complaints pain when I use condom (I used Durex close fit and Durex Love before, Durex love less pain though) Then we'll have to stop having sex after that coz she in pain. Is there any solution? Or perhaps another condom that I should try?
Note that I am also having difficulty ejaculating with a condom on. :/

Probably not enough foreplay before intercourse? Anyway I'm not an expert on condoms but I know that compared to 'condom pain', childbirth can be a lot more painful too so she may want to think about that wink.gif Btw do you know her health status? Pregnancy is one thing but STD is seldom talked about but does carry serious weight as well. So condom must stay, probably try stick to love or featherlite if you want more feeling.

It's harder to ejaculate due to less sensation. But then the goal is not to ejaculate fast, right? tongue.gif

This was my previous comment to similar question, earlier;

kat rumah, we normally use cotton napkin aje. But during out of house, its PetPet, seem to last longer. This was some years back, not sure of its quality now.

just buy a smaller pack and try on which you/baby are comfortable with. There is no good or bad here.

The thing is napkin is more breathable and as soon as it gets wet, you would change it fast and I feel its more hygienic. And more over, when the baby pass-motion; its easily detectable and again we would quickly do the change as well, compared to diapers, we would not realize until the baby cries of discomfort.

Hey i would suggest you to purchase a DIGITAL pregnancy test cost about RM28.90 from watson or caring pharmacy. If she is pregnant, it will show how many weeks of pregnancy. You can use it 3-4 days before her period due biggrin.gif veryvery accurate~
