Try using THX disc or your Pioneer DV-400S. Btw, some ppl encountered lens problem after watching DVDs using PS3. I dare not to take the risk

QUOTE(nira_110 @ Jun 27 2008, 07:53 PM) I think it may be due to the camera. It was quite good compared to mine. My previous shot :![]() I used the wrong ISO setting. Hence, a lot of 'noise' in the photo. I will take some shots of my HD65 setting as well as screenshots of 300 and Black Hawk Down BD. |

Now, she is enjoying it. Seeing is believing |

QUOTE(zyberius @ Jun 28 2008, 05:03 PM) Hi, drop a PM to hackwire. He will welcome you for a demo. The bulb is abt RM580.http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/366796 Here's the setting of my HD65 for afternoon viewing due to ambient light in my room ![]() ![]() And afternoon (1.30pm) viewing with ambient light. Source is DiVX file in pendrive via DV-400S. This will dispel off any myth about a need for total darkened room. ![]() ![]() Tonight will take some screenshots for night setting plus 300 and Black Hawk Down BD. |

bro, i like to visit your place..
like to test your sound system. the sunlight on top is a turn off. can u block it with something. i think i have a solution for u. by the way, i have this trouble calibrating for the right colour and contrast. Due to the DVD and PS3 im using. i kept going forward and backward adjusting the colour , brightness and contrast. My question is whether i should use the DVD remote control to calibrate or use the projector remote control? or both? if use projector remote to calibrate the, colour and contrast , the dvd picture quality may have to calibrate again. Is there a Saving for different customization in the PRojector> This post has been edited by hackwire: Jun 28 2008, 09:12 PM |

Only thing is you need to adjust the brightness according to your ambient light. Just back from dinner. Not going to take screenshots tonight. Maybe tomorrow. |

superwide not meant for 16:9. It is for 2.35:1
Any DVD with THX has this calibration in it. Both audio and visual. |
