Thank you htkaki. I bought HD65 last February but only setup in early March. I enjoy watching movies but
i do not watch astro even i have 2 astro in my house. Reason is, i like to watch my own choice of movie at my ample time.
And because of that, i need something that can satisfy me a lot. One movie and that's it for the day.

HD65 truly awesome for me, more than enough i get from my budget.

I am not pro with HT, my setup is in my bedroom, basically just for my own eyes and ears sake justification. My husband is not a HT enthusiast
so everything is up to me, including i am the one who pasang the shelf

Yes i agree. It is hard to tell how awesome it is with picture taking.
Sometime the image look so clear but when i took picture it ended up so bad because of my camera or my zero knowledge as a photographer.

It's okay. No hard feeling. I love to read more than to post.

my hd65 reach 300hours and doing fine (touch wood).

My current lamp hours is 520. Doctor gave me MC so i can watch TF BD at home. Again!

oh ya? wow...it's okay coz i already allocate some saving for replacement bulb. End this year must get one for standby.
Everyday must use HD65.

oh yes...my BD is increasing, my purse is shrinking tho.

I do not see any difference. Maybe i do not bother.

wait until I upgrade my amp end this year (entry kuli level laaa), i believe i can easily reach 1000 hours early next year.

By the way, i do not have someone to talk and discuss about home theater thingy. Only you guys in here is my source of knowledge.

not yet...budget gone already. just upgrade my amp and subbie...maybe in 2 months time.

mine is already 1010 hours

My hd65 last month i checked was 1300+, now probably 1500 hours, and today it blow. Time to get a replacement bulb.

short life eh? probably coz 3 times kena blackout...hahaha
