Too slow because raising earlier might already help to slowdown inflation much earlier than now 🤦‍♀️ another reason why they do it because of Raya as this Raya season has been slow for consumer demands 🤦‍♀️ so they only hike when there is no impact hence when they cut the time will be overreaction again 🤦‍♀️

Fed have to cut to stimulate growth while if OPR don’t cut not stimulating the economy 🤦‍♀️ Malaysia govt this year if got recession got no tools to stimulate the economy if they just keep on depend on govt to handout money 🤦‍♀️

What headache 🤦‍♀️ It is because of BNM is not independent enough and like to get their hands on political situation 🤦‍♀️ unlike the Feds which are independent enough as the voting members changes every few years

Banks unlikely to more make money because they disperse less loans due to higher interest rates already 🤦‍♀️ and you need to check each of the banks books

The most affected when OPR increase will be PBB because of their low to book value
