To all dear forumers.

please note that i have went to Penang and found bombman, i have gathered all his information including photocopy ic, driving license and photo.
as per our conversation 3 more months will be given to him to settle the amount and stuffs that he owe us, if after 3 months (deadline 10/2/2009) i will email his photocopy of IC and all his details will be given to all forumer.

all forumer will have to lodge the report after that and email me the report so that i can compile it and send to bukit aman police station

for all foumer that need his details please pm me . im sure he cant run away...very sure

hey guys, i seriously need your help.

My source has failed to get me his ID number, anyhow, if anyone of you got hold of his ID number will you please post it?

I need to lodge a report. Oh and most of you please, i urge you to do the same. He refunded gsan (a tiny amount) just to delay it longer. How long are you guys going to wait? Please, everyone involved, please lodge a report at your nearest police station.

Based on the first post with amount involved, there's few K already.

LittleGhost asked for my advise, and I would say, those who are free or stay in Penang, please form a group with him, and find out the root of all this problem. It's been 1 year from what I've observed and the result are not that satisfactory. I might be an outsider, but this "refund" could go on forever if you guys don't step up the pedal.

There's few solution for it, which I've PM LittleGhost. If bombman still delaying, basically:-

1. Mass lodge police report ala strongbaby case which might take some time
2. Report to KPDNHEP since you guys buy it under his shop name(I assume) which will require all black and white
3. http://www.rcakl.org.my/about.htm @ arbitration which you guys might need to group as one for the fees

If possible, someone lead a small group about 3-5 and find out the root of the problem and proceed/move from there. Yes, it might be troublesome, but its your money. If you guys want to "donate" to him, do nothing.

it's actually the same, both cant get the items
i think it's easier to co-ordinate if we just put both bulks together
