Based on the first post with amount involved, there's few K already.

LittleGhost asked for my advise, and I would say, those who are free or stay in Penang, please form a group with him, and find out the root of all this problem. It's been 1 year from what I've observed and the result are not that satisfactory. I might be an outsider, but this "refund" could go on forever if you guys don't step up the pedal.

There's few solution for it, which I've PM LittleGhost. If bombman still delaying, basically:-

1. Mass lodge police report ala strongbaby case which might take some time
2. Report to KPDNHEP since you guys buy it under his shop name(I assume) which will require all black and white
3. http://www.rcakl.org.my/about.htm @ arbitration which you guys might need to group as one for the fees

If possible, someone lead a small group about 3-5 and find out the root of the problem and proceed/move from there. Yes, it might be troublesome, but its your money. If you guys want to "donate" to him, do nothing.

I say those who wants to lodge, can just proceed with their lodging of report in particularly for those which have been waited for 1 years.

Total amount involved: RM9k+ not included other forummers(refer post 1).

It's been more than 1 month plus since he is out of "hospital" but yet, he still giving you guys runarounds
Logically from my POV, he's just delaying time@buying time

1. He claim that he own a big major nasi kandar chain yet he is unable to refund this "tiny" amount? BS i believe
2. Who cares of his min sales? SB also have ~RM1million sales before the mass dispute against him
3. Why need to be so secretive? If they owe him, why he scared to reveal? Afterall, it's his money right? What principles he's talking about? Buying time@ delay time principles I reckon
4. Who cares about his customer? We are talking about your money here..


Still who cares about those who have received or not? SB also done the same previously, sent some(trying to mask) but in the end fail, thus the mass lodging of dispute against him with police report

1. SB also did not off his HP as far as I can remember
2. SB also did it in timely methods (1 year plus to gain trust)
3. Close thread, AFAIK, SB thread was closed by the moderating team iirc
3.5 SB did that i think on few members(but in the end, it doesn't even matter ain't)
4. SB details was dig out and shared by members who have purchased by him, so this is crap

From what I see, his reply is not satisfactory at all. If he needs to taste the curry rice before he able to refund, why don't you guys help him? Afterall, his family have a large chain of nasi kandar ain't?

Guys, until you guys cooperate as one, I don't see this dispute is moving anywhere. Since the private forum created, only a handful of reply there, and not even half i think that are registered. The options available are push him for refund or wait for the durian to fall.

As for cheesecake, possible to ask someone to "grab" it back for your behalf? If possible, find one of your friend to do that. With the time spent at his place, I guess that PC of yours is turning into a free asset

Look at this:-

motaro amount is just RM50 and it's taking a DAMN long time for him to even refund small amount to people that he owed. So when does the large amount refund will be made? Those who are in hundreds or thousands?

He also said that he still owe shipping company. So unless you guys take action now, it's gonna end up nothing. Bash me if you wants, but this dispute is moving no where with all the sweet words that he gave and small refund, tiny bits on few week/few months once.

1. Either you accept it as a bad debts
2. No!! Money gone...
3. Lodge police report and let them investigate whatever stuff they need. This including if bombman did report his case to police for "his friend con him". Until then, this is going nowhere.
