@goolie,
I believe U get a rebate even if U maintain RM0 balance at the end of the month. The onli difference is that the rebate is lower. |

@htkaki,
Look properly, it's there under "What You Get". For RM0-2000 carried forward balance, U get 1.5% rebate on Shell Fuel and 0.5% on other purchases (for Classic Card category). |

@vicng,
Yes that is right, but that's for the Gold category. I don't think we need to bother summarising that here because one can alwiz get onto the Citibank website to read. I think it's big enough so it's not possible to miss it; perhaps misunderstand it |

Hi there,
Just to share you my experience with AKPK. I sought assistance from AKPK after I was not paid by my employer for more than a year, and the job market was sluggish to land me in a new job. I had to rely on my credit card and personal loan to sustain. My case was lodged in the Labour Office and after a year going after my employer, the labour office said that they cannot do anything... like most government agencies. After being with them for almost two years. I have gone through a much more difficult situation. AKPK had restructured my debts and collects on the behalf of all the banks that I am tied to. However, during the program... all these banks had been calling me to say that AKPK had been slow in releasing payments to them. I ended up incurring more interest than the amount that I paid off on the monthly basis. I tried calling AKPK several times to address this issue, but the line had been too busy to get through. I attended their office as well... twice... and went home without meeting the councilor because he was too busy making coffee in his cubicle. After further incurring more interests and seeing that my total debts had not decreased but only increased since I started on this program, I went to see them again... guess what happened? The councilor was said to have been relocated to Melaka and the person who replaced him cannot provide me with the answers I need. So, I was told to take a drive to Melaka and meet the councilor.. who would probably end up saying that he cannot attend to me because the files are in KL.... That is efficient Government support for you... I am still fuming mad at all these... Still.. I am left helpless.. Maybe I should write to the governor and c.c to the PM.. tht's how people usually get the needed attention... I hope this give some insight to those on the quality of service provided by AKPK. |

QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Jun 28 2008, 01:29 AM) @vicng, RHB also got give cash rebate for petrol with no condition apply. Meaning if u pump RM100 then when stmt issued the cash rebate will be 2% during normal rate when got promo like now till 31st Aug it's 5%. Yes that is right, but that's for the Gold category. I don't think we need to bother summarising that here because one can alwiz get onto the Citibank website to read. I think it's big enough so it's not possible to miss it; perhaps misunderstand it But of cos max capping is RM60 per month. But u don't have to carry forward any balance. If i make full payment also u get to enjoy this cash rebate. Well every penny counts and like last month i get RM4 cash rebate from my total petrol pump. hehe |
