Bought Centrum Multivitamins.
Will get back to you guys on the progress. Honestly, I don't know my diet is healthy or not Rice twice a day...lunch and dinner. Stopped eating chicken skin. If Centrum still does not help...maybe will add Biotin with it. Centrum only got 45mcg of Biotin. Suggested is 150mcg. This post has been edited by Raikkonen: Jun 5 2009, 03:52 PM |

QUOTE(yehlai @ Jun 5 2009, 09:53 PM) Why so fast went to buy? actually you can just get some generic vitamin B which is selling cheap in pharmacies. It's ok.A long time investment. I think I'm gonna start taking vitamins now...for health. A good diet too since don't know whether I'm getting the necessary minerals from my meals. This is my hair thinning problem. Started taking vitamins today...so...will update the progress. Wish me luck. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Raikkonen: Jun 6 2009, 01:04 PM |

Even Regaine are difficult to get in Malaysia.
Rogaine foam...need to buy from overseas. But pharmacies do sell other brand of minoxidil. I bought it once. But that time, did not mix with supplements. Will buy minoxidil one day. Currently on vitamins B complex and Audace shampoo and hair tonic. This post has been edited by Raikkonen: Jul 1 2009, 07:25 PM |

QUOTE(nicksai @ Aug 7 2009, 01:25 AM) i have used 4 bottles of minoxidil5%(regro) in the past 4 months...bt it seems to be useless to me...my hair is still thinning and falling...i cant afford to take both minoxidil and propecia...ccan i stop minoxidil 5% and take propecia?or can anyone give me some advice? Better add finastride (fin) but buy Proscar and not Propecia.Propecia (20 tablets = 1mg each) too expensive and last for 20 days. Proscar (30 tablets = 5mg each) can last 4-5 months. Since it's 5mg...each tablet can cut to 5 small pieces. I used Rogaine foam (bought online from US). A year...not much effect Should have add fin too. Now on fin only. So far, some people used Propecia/Proscar and got their hair back.
Can call pharmacies from Yellow Pages. Ask then about the product and the prices. Some needed doctor's prescription...some does not. Mine, RM180. Some might sell >RM210. |

QUOTE(hasyir @ Oct 24 2009, 01:05 AM) From that distance, maybe the crown area?Finastride could help. There's this 39 year old guy who used fin, his crown has hair now. Although his temple remains the same. I'm mid 30's...frontal/temple only...hopefully it's not too late. 6th November would be my 3rd month on fin (Proscar 1/5mg daily). |
