first u have to verify which kind of baldness u have.
is it male pattern baldness or pressure.
If it is MPB, Propecia and minoxidil

Hi folks
I'm 20 this year, and have been having some hair loss problems recently iinm.
I find hair all over my pillow after sleeping, hair scattered on my floor where i use the computer. This worries me to death
Talking about what i've been doing this few months:Yea, i'm currently on holidays as my enrollment to university will only be in Q4 this year, thus the opportunities to stay up late at night. Not just late, but very late at night until 5-6am daily and waking up the next day late in the afternoon. This has been going on for months as far as i can remember.I have heard that sleep deprivation can lead to hair loss problems. Is this true?
Besides,my diet is also in a mess.I tend to give in to regular instant noodles cravings.Normally once a week but sometimes twice.Yes, i hear eating food high in MSG can lead to hair problems as well.I tend to eat very little this few months because most of the time i will feel tired, because of the sleep deprivation or because i wake up late in the afternoon(normally i feel tired when i wake up late in the afternoon despite of how long i have slept).Yes, whole day in front of the computer does worsen the situation.
Before this, i did have scabs on my head. They grow all over my head.Yes, i had a bad habit to scratch them off which results in blood and some hair loss as well. Thus, i got myself a medicated shampoo which did help but now it's finished already.I just hope that the problems i'm experiencing is not the "male pattern baldness" and just a diet/sleep deprivation factor.
Yes, currently i'm trying to sleep earlier around 1-2am now, hopefully up before the sun is high in the sky.I'm trying to cut down on oily food, those unhealthy stuffs.I heard vitamin B is good for promoting hair growth?
