1) too much workout contributes to hairloss. widely accepted fact. (testosterone)
2) your scalp may need "maintenance". go for scalp treatment
3) genetics. u can't do much about it
4) don't fall for 'organic shampoo' trap. trust scientific peer reviews
5) supplements may cause hairloss. especially alpha lipoic acid. eat food in variety and in moderation. experiement with zinc and vitamin B7 for hairloss see if it works for you.

In order to have good skin and hair, it's important to take good care of your health first. Naturally, you can see some improvement.

In our hot and humid weather, it's advisable to shampoo your hair daily. Thing is, most people only use 1 type of shampoo. If you shampoo once every 2-3 days, then it's ok to stick to 1 shampoo.

But if shampoo everyday, it's better if you alternate using 2-3 types of shampoo. For example, I have dry hair, so I alternate using shampoo for dry hair and normal hair every day. Then on weekend, I use clarifying shampoo for cleansing and removing all the buildup from the styling products.

When you shampoo, make sure you massage the shampoo well to reach the roots of your hair and your scalp. The massage can help boost circulation.

When you apply conditioner, make sure you only apply to the tips of your hair, not the roots. Else you might end up with oily scalp and risk dandruff.

Some guys I know only shampoo but don't condition their hair. This is actually not good, bc shampoo will strip the oils from your hair, and over time, you risk oilier scalp, dandruff and damaged hair.

Important for us to maintain a healthy scalp, because unhealthy scalp leads to hair fall/dandruff and other hair problems.

I have a tanduk kerbau comb as well. I run it through my scalp for about 2 minutes or so, and I don't get migrain as often. Dunno what's the magic, but it works for me!

Last time, my mum used to cook black bean soup for my bro when he was freaking out over hair loss. I reckon that it improves internal health, not sure if that really helps with hair loss or not.

If it's not going away you will need to see your doctor for an anti fungal prescription..have a look..Folliculitis
i remember i kena something like this last time back in high school. the pharmacist just told me that it was a fungal infection. but i didnt know the name of the disease until now. it's sooooooo irritating. the itch. the heat. everything! and it was so disgusting to look at! they recommended nizoral shampoo for this. works very well. scalp better, but i dont know if i should say it's back to normal coz after that incident, my hair became frizzier and lesser. but it could be hormones. i use nioxin shampoo and conditioner... it works for me.
