QUOTE(z3r0717 @ Nov 5 2008, 02:50 AM) hmmm... i'm not so pro in AB so i dun quite know ur problem, will let others answer... i think he meant bondite putty?about ur Step 3. Use Lacquer or Acrylic as ur base/1st color... when u wan to do paneling, just use enamel paint then let it flow, like u said... Topcoat is very thin only unless u spray very thick, it wun affect ur joints... when i say topcoat, it's the whole kit not parts by parts Added on November 5, 2008, 2:52 am ur english very hard to understand i'll try to answer u... Cement, is for u to "glue" ur gundam parts 2gether to hold it permanently... Pla-plate is just like a piece of paper but it is plastic and there are different "thickness".. ur last question, duno wat u r trying to say This post has been edited by madmoz: Nov 5 2008, 07:38 AM |

QUOTE(jonjack88 @ Nov 6 2008, 09:40 AM) Hi all, I kinda lazy to scroll 1 page at a time.. just ask a simple question.. You want tutorials on how to apply? That's easy, ask google. If you're really stumped, ask here!can anyone pm me or post here how to ensure the gundams dont collect too much dust while it rots at my drawer.. another question, i need help doing decals. can anyone help me please. Please and thanks. You want to MAKE your own waterslides? So far i found only 1 - fichtenfoo has got tutorials on how to print your own decals. |

yup, been using softer to fill in those on panel lines, but also used the same thing to 'lekat' waterslides, macam sama aje but imho softer is stronger - melts more?

QUOTE(gaiachronicler @ Dec 3 2008, 07:19 PM) he means for you to google up in youtube don't give up wor, building and painting is much nicer than collecting! google it, and if you really cannot find an answer ask her lor.just my 2 cent. i also kena last time, ask this ask that kena flame mostly i just give it up. since im a collecter only p/s: i like white so i just leave my unicorn decal less. as for the decals - unicorn's waterslides come in red, which really matches unicorn's red trimmings. Very nice wor. |

QUOTE(Demon_Eyes_Kyo @ Dec 26 2008, 08:50 AM) The thing that made me consider fish pumps is due to being capable of operating for a long session. I read around that hobby ones have to be turned off after 15 minutes or so. Besides I havent seen any airbrush compressors selling around in penang except for the tamiya one that runs with batteries. not really. as far as i know only the very entry level ones need to be turned off after 15 minutes.my sparmax has a mini air tank, it fills up the tank and then shuts itself off. When the tank is running on empty i turns itself off again... RM700 and I've used it for almost half a day non stop b4. |
