I think maybe there are some other mahluk tumpang your car at that time, that you cannot see it by your naked eyes, i having this same situation before
*
Thats a possibility. My friend encountered this situation once while driving alone. The car seems very heavy and then he politely ask some of the 'passenger' to get off as its too heavy, and the he can drive normally again. After that, had a fever for 3 days. laugh.gif

Is it enough to use immobilizer that factory installed with new waja?, how secure it is?, is it use 'ECU Lock' technique?

And if i buy (autolock brand) pedal lock or Steering lock + immobilizer (that came with waja), is it enough already?, because my house that i live now the surrounding is not safe (Apartment), no security guard, no rukun tetangga, nothing.
*
Better use 2-way alarm, as it can alert you if intrusion occur. nod.gif

205/50/16 price is RM228 per pc. 15" should be slightly cheaper. nod.gif

Not really, my aftermarket rim and tyres (16") weight lighter than stock (15") and the overall diameter is also smaller. nod.gif

Must buy those good and light rims if upgrade..I think FC will surely increase if bigger rims but those cheepo and heavy rims

Most aftermarket rims are lighter than OEM but easier to crack if you hit potholes. sweat.gif

What about JRD rims? or there is a local brand ICE..Damn heavy.
*
That why I said 'most', not 'all'. JRD are known to be 'soft' easily bend. ICE brand donno, never used. Better use Taiwan rims, better design/pattern.

What does it mean with 2-way alarm, sorry i dont understand sad.gif
*
Standard alarm is one-way, you can only send signal/info to your car (lock/unlock etc). 2-way alarm allows you to send and also receive signal from your car. Let say someone open your car door, the car itself will send signal to your transponder to alert you instead of just sounding the siren. nod.gif

best with engine auto-start  thumbup.gif
*
Auto start function is quite dangerous actually because (1) car like mine need time from ON till start to allowed proper checking/calibrating of ABS and airbag and (2) when you accidentally left/park your car in 'gear' (especially MT car park at slope).

not sure how is the thing work and dunno how is the cost for this thing, perhaps may install a much better alarm system to make it more secure ?  hmm.gif
*
You cannot drove the car even with auto start without keys inserted. It will auto shut down when you release the handbrake.

Auto start does not contribute directly to ppl stealing ur car, the way we drive and park and our common sense does. From wat i understand, it will somehow kill your car as some does not have the wait for ECU check function (Cheaper brands). correct me if i'm wrong.
*
Even in Japan, when you bought alarm with auto-start function, the function is not connected/disabled by shop/dealer. You need to do it yourself as the don't want to take risk of system (especially electronics) failure and also because there's someone accidentally killed by this function (he accidentally stand in front of car with autostart function and the car is in gear) and the intaller got sue'd. laugh.gif

You will risk harming your engine in a long run if you don't allow proper ECU check and even risk in ABS function failure when you doing emergency brake. nod.gif

Not worth it to invest in lighten crank pulley to save fuel, you will end up revving more as the pick-up increase (for my case lar). laugh.gif

I think the best way to save is to keep our car in top condition. Service on time, and take good care of it so it can last at least until the re-payment period ended. No need to change car. thumbup.gif

how are meter wil hv problem?it is running by electric le not those old type button type like wira  hmm.gif
*
Even it is run by electrics, its still depend on signal coming from gearbox and flywheel to calculate the distance. Changing rims can also affect distance measurement (but not much). laugh.gif

QUOTE(jlce10 @ Jun 7 2008, 05:50 PM)
ya, i guess it does not have a problem d like this, its run by electric... but RM88 only goes about 350+ for the petrol sign to light up, but i feel after awhile the petrol sign no lights d, how come like this?? waja's petrol indicator not accurate 1...
*
Its due to design of the fuel tank, maybe the 'float' got stuck inside. hmm.gif
