Hmmm.... BLR increased to 5.8. I'm just thinking when will the next hike take place? If it does, are they going to stick to -1.8 regulation?

doubts wht would like to consult the expert here...
i've been reading from page 50 till here. might hv missed something. blush.gif

it's regarding the house insurance against fire/water/etc accident.
It's must to buy when u buy a properties, right?
Is this insurance included in the home loan? or required to buy separately?
MRTA / MLTA is not cover the accident, right?

Hi. Need advise from you guys.

I have been offered loan for my property as below :>

Loan among: RM 350k
Tenure: 30 years
Loan type: Flexi-loan
ZEC

Option 1: BLR - 1.8% for 5 years
BLR - 1.9% thereafter

Option 2: BLR - 2.25% for 1st year
BLR - 1.75% for 2-5 year
BLR - 1.9% therafer

I need advise if the above is good rate ? and if yes, which one is better?
