I called my younger brother to update, boot up my PS3, and try accessing the new account registration. It seems that you can now select Malaysia as your country of residence.

LOL...just try to register a Malaysia PSN account and try to access the PS Store . Sure can access the Malaysian Store that quoted price in RM instead of SGD
