Just located opposite Buddha Tooth relic temple in Chinatown. If you're takinmg MRT, just stop at Chinatown station and shops & walk around Chinatown till the back of Chinatown, You will find that new nice looking temple and opposite the temple is the food court

Yes. Fragrant & Hotel81 are not 3 star hotels and more like budget till 2 stars only. Grafgrance Bugis, unless it's during peak perios, Holiday season & etc. Should not be expensive...check here...Agoda only US$99 or ~ RM300

Previously, Phones & electronics cheaper. Nowadays the gap getting closer and not much different. Infact the price of phone in m'sia nowadays cheaper than SG after Govt withdrawn the tax last year.

The only things that really cheap now is their own products and imported in to M'sia. One of it Thier Nissin & Koka noodles.

You can get Nissin for ~ S$2-S$2.20 compare to RM7-RM8 in M'sia

Yes, normally they don't really ask you for the supporting document upon purchasing autopass and i even drove a comapany car into Singapore b4 without any reg card & etc. However, they will ask you to bring your reg card or the slip of reg card in next visit.

Although there is no mentioning of any authorization letter i.e similar procedure if you entering Thailand, I think ot is good to have one incase.

QUOTE(MandyG @ Apr 11 2011, 06:18 PM)

I think no matter where you go right now, their price will be either same or slightly more than here...

Reason beeing - M'sian Govt already abolished most gadgets & computers accesories..the latest last year Handphone, ipad & etc..

That's why , handphone pricing since end of last year till current, KL is cheaper than SG

However, certain electronocs & electrical goods, you probably getting cheaper there.. bcos still having import duties here...such as GPS,

For M'sian car no need to buy the smarttag gadget-lah. There is manual method by touching the panel upon exiting the carpark. Why you want to invest in the smartag thingy?
