There are budget hotel-lah. but room for sure very small. Just good for 2 wth just enough spae for your luggage and wth hanging LCD from the ceiling. However they are very clean and even cleaner than lotsa 3-4 star rated hotels in Malaysia.. They even provide free Mineral waters & also super cup noodles!

You can try those backpacker hostel opposite of SIm Lim/M'sia bus terminal area.. No idea their condition but I know there a few there..google or try hostelworld (Not cheap)

Still got ppl wanna shopping in sg? Nothing is really cheap nowadays there compare to m'sia even their electronics and it. One thing I always buy there.. Nissan instant noodle. Confirm cheaper than m'sia haha.
