For making alot of money, yea you gotta have your own studio.
For Flexible Working hours really depends on the company, you WILL have OT, but the western companies are less likely to have OT, cause they usually treat their staff better by not letting them OT. Theres a few international companies here, so far its only Codemaster and the new one that just opened up, Rhythm and Hues.

lonelyshadoe: hmm, u been tru ur foundation year rite? actually we cant help u to choose or advice coz for those in AD will say AD better and for those in MM they say MM better. so is depend on urself. i can say tat both are almost similiar.

actually i have alot interest in advertising design juz dat now dey have illus which im not reali good at that turn me down. and from what i've seen demands on mm related jobs are still kinda lot..but not sure whether is it still like dat whn i graduate....fml
