its around rm400 - 600 depending on what you need, rm380 - 400 no aircon, rm500 - 600 with aircon. but those comes with utillities included.
i would recommend you to get one with ac unit bcz pjs9 is damn hot.

TOA receptionist o~few weeks ago i register with cheque and she accept it ^^ don't give in cash only for safety purpose.
