wondering too, cos i've been pulled over by police once cos i was driving without shirt last time. 2 years ago i think. that was cos i just back from my kebun plucking some fruits and bring back to home that time. it was damn not that time. maybe i arose suspicious to them cos my arm was heavily tattooed and kebetulan juga that time was Ops Cantas Kenyalang to eradicate gangsters in Sarawak. lucky i was not kena saman that time, they just gave me warning

there's no such law
i remember doing it too with open window its soo breezy weraing only shorts with no law against it, you can even get naked while driving well to avoid for indecency charge maybe you get a darker tinted glass or put a mini dark curtain on your window |
