I tried searching for the Road Laws of Malaysia from Google, it kinda gives the JKR website --> http://www.jkr.gov.my/v2/english/index.asp
Somebody try to find where are those laws in that website laugh.gif

On another good site I found, there's a whole bunch of laws, pretty much direct, but still there's too much laws to read to find that "driving shirtless is illegal".
Happy searching it in here --> http://kedah.jkr.gov.my/gendirec/rta/act333.htm

There's no law about driving shirtless in Malaysia, I think.

I've seen people riding bikes without shirts at beaches in Pahang & T'ganu.

well, there is no existing law on shirtless driving, whether for male or female

i think there is something to do with ethics?
