i'm curious. i have a friend who recently got pulled over bcoz he was driving shirtless in a hot, sunny day. he was warned, but no saman though. so i'm curious, is it illegal to drive shirtless in malaysia? what about driving naked?

and dont start with girls driving topless or naked. that's just senseless tongue.gif.

There's no law about driving shirtless in Malaysia, I think.

I've seen people riding bikes without shirts at beaches in Pahang & T'ganu.

yeah, but it was made law sometime in the late 90s.

but is it illegal to drive shirtless, or even to ride motorcycle shirtless? the beaches doesnt count. we're talking about downtown KL.

DRIVING WITHOUT WEARING ANY SHOES IS ILLEGAL. Friend's father got a summon for it. Because the police can't find anything wrong about him >.<
