The siakap pond in Sentul is quite big. Apparently its RM12/hour and min fishing time is 3 hours.

Hi guys, im going to Klang soon and would like to try saltwater fishing. I do not want payponds. After some searching i saw KK's post that there are some fishing spots in Pulau Indah and near Port Klang golf club. Anyone can advise what bait to be used as i just wanna fish and not target any species.
If possible, location would also be helpful. Thanks guys. |

Went to a paypond near Pulau Indah Klang on Saturday but didnt manage to get anything except for a strike during my 2nd cast using a RivertoSea minnow. I wanst sure what fish that took the bait but apparently it was quite big because the hook was bent almost 90 degrees.
After some frustrated fishing at the pond and when i was on the way home i passed by the Pulau Indah bridge and saw quite many ppl fishing under the bridge. Tried my luck again but was late and wasnt prepared(no bait). |

Just came back from Kepong Tackle(my office is quite near the place) and found that there are not many choices of name brand treble hooks.
