BTW,i found a free fishing place in ulu langat
.varieties of fish : wan yu, keli, haruan, pacu, talipia,pak so gong.(size - 0.5kg to 2kg)
but u must atleast buy 1 fish.
wan yu, haruan - 18rm per/kg
pak so gong - 15rm per/kg
talipia -10rm per/kg
keli. pacu - 7rm per/kg

Talapia for rm10/kg is quite expensive.

deeper in the town of ulu langat, after the masjid..traffic light turn right ,straight cross the bridge. straight.about 5 mins u'll see a construction site on your right after two - three road bumps.u'll see a metel road board with chinese words on the right handside then turn in.
bring only cricket u'll get any fish they have there u wan. 1 casting 1 fish is a SURE catch

Im not really sure where ulu langat is also ler. Any gps coordinates? Is ulu langat the one where little genting is?

actually theres more than 3 ponds there. just that only 2 ponds(main pond & rm5 pond) are for fishing. other ponds not really sure.
regarding the arapaima bait, some used live fishes but all ended up rabut. don't know what fishes that took the bait. might be mega pacu. my friend landed 9kg pacu there before. you can try live ducklings ala toman style hahhaa

I'm game with the ulu langat place. This friday?
