just simply shake shake your rod and reel at the same time with timing ... kowtim .. and pray hard that the fish bites lorr .. huahahaha

use the lightest weight possible .. just enough to bring your bait down
if u are depending on your weight to cast then it will be more difficult coz heavy weights have very high chance if tangling the bottom and freshwater fish are sensitive to heavier weights when they taste or peck the bait .. unless its a very very big fish la .. hahahaha

eehh .. invite me la if got trip out for tenggiri .. hehehe
jig jig for me la of coz ... u can bottom it all u like .. hahahahaaha

rivers with currents will demand a stronger and more reliable set up
if u just fish in ponds then almost anything will suit u .. just dont use too heavy line and use small hooks
