Alright, i'm feeling terribly lonely. No 'real' friends, no girlfriends, no invitations and nothing. I felt isolated and depressed. I've tried many things to cope with my loneliness. I've tried listening to loud music, walk in the park, walking from my house in SS12 to Sunway and Subang Parade, but nothing seems to work. And infact, everytime i get teased or bullied in school i get more lonely and it's bad for my studies because i felt scared of meeting other students to help me.

And the fact is, i'm too scared to meet people because i feared being teased or saying something stupid or embarrassing. I can't even get a girlfriend because i fear that she'll hate me or will find me annoying. It's getting worse and worse everyday.

Which is why i'm seeking help from you guys here in LYN. I want you guys to help me cope and deal with my loneliness. Maybe you can ask me to be your friend, or inviting me to hang out. Anything that could help me cope with this terrible illness(yes, loneliness is an illness IMO). Can you guys just help me?

But the thing is always fear rejection! I've been asking alot of girls out and i've been rejected alot of times that it's now silly. I've stopped going to clubs alone because i miss going to clubs with a girl. And i'm not nerdy. I'm 50-50.

Because i'm a new student at my new school. And the culture shock of this new school is horrible that i can't really fit in. The thing is is that my old school preaches creativity and general knowledge while this new school is filled with pathetic people who can't help themselves including me. Which is why i'm always teased, because i'm more mature, smart and knowledgeable than the rest of them.

first of all,u need to be confident to yourself... its the key of everything. Dont feel that your are pathetic guy. if u dont want to be lonely then make friends, and learn how to mix the crowd...

but when i'm confident i felt like i'm going to be "over-confident" to the point that i'll start embarrassing myself. And how do i make friends if i don't know what to say?

Sometimes, you have to sink to a lower level to mix with ur friends at school. Hide away ur maturity once in a while and go goofing around with them (but know your limits ) Once you're alone you can take your real personality out again. I have two different lives, one when I'm with my frens and one when im alone... you might consider having another personality for girls too

do volunteering work. help others and u will find meaning. thru there u will also be able to socialise with other volunteers and widen ur network.
