i am not pretty sure on this lar, but i hit a bike before, it was oviously the bikers fault, but at last i am the one get summonse...

depends on the situation..unless it is really the bike's fault like he hit u at a junction where ur lights r green whereas his is red..usually they like to shift the blame on us who drive the car..but personally i feel that most bikes (arnd 85%) are the cause of accidents..

i that time, my car stop at the junction, then the bike hit me frm the side, then i KENA...

really? u should sound him at least..but if he is a mat rempit,i dare say to take the blame or to go to the police other than to confront them..rempit gang is damn dangerous

seriously i will just bang the bikers....

if its a youngster with converse shoes, i wont give a hoot, i will just try to "get" them off the bike..

Seriously, If I've ever banged a rempit at speed 180, and no one is around, I won't give a damn and I'll leave lol.

i drive on federal oso i see some reckless motorcyclists driving on my lane when clearly they have a motorcycle lane.

Have u ever used the federal highway motor lane...? If not i suggest u use it for a month.. Pot holes, strips of nails(put on puropse by ppl who wanna earn money selling tire tubes), , flood and robbers waiting to pounce on u..

Just happen to me just now while i ride a motorcycle, this auntie (dont know dreaming or what) on a stand still while waiting the front a Van to make a U-Turn. She ster left and knock my leg from side. Because she want to pass this Van and go straight. I cannot do anything but just have to stop. My motorcycle and her car is in this position / \ after she ster to left.

Now my leg got minor scratches. Very angry that time. All the "CAR" drive must be thinking i am the wrong 1.

And she didnt care to say anything sit in side window remainning shut. Just go like that doesnt seem to care. I'm not the guy who will smash people window with helmet you know. I dont even want to chase because it is minor accident only. But please lahh... be more alert and be open minded.


And After the incident on my way back... i scare to pass any car because scare bumb another same attitude driver. So i just follow from behind, and this guy like freaked out why i follow him, keep on looking back mirror like as if i want to follow him.


Another case, a kenari drive so fast dont know rushing for what, after by pass me is saw a sign board (u know like those "Baby on Board") where people put behind at the back wind-screen. But this guy, he go and put a sign something like Idiot Driver Surround Me. I think he must be very very fed-up of people driving attitude in Malaysia or he is just too proud of his driving "skill".

ok, lets make it simple... not all bikers are stupid, its the attitude of the person, if he have attitude problem, giv him drive a merc will be the same... and ya i did ride motor b4, less than 10 times but i can understand how they feel... the problem is, most of the motorbikers really really kao lat lor!! coming out from a lane without looking any cars, well its not only motorbikes, i see cars as well... stick to the left lane, i mean that if you not fast enuf dont block the road, go left abit so the car can pass you easily, i see many motorbikers ride their bike in the middle of the road and taking their own sweet time, both left and right lane... juz go and see how newzealand ppl ride their bike and you will know how terrible malaysian bikers are and why so many ppl complain about our bikers... i wont say all bikers are poor, but i can say 99% of the bikers are poor... come on la dont be naif, millionairs wont ride bike to work even to avoid traffic jams ... unless they are bike lovers or for some reason...

I saw before twice on the roads where a motorcyclist fell down from the bike because they were driving like a mutha fooka. One of them nearly got stucked underneath a car, face almost kiss the exhaust pipe. They are lucky because there were no cars behind them, since they are going pretty fast.

I hate motorcyclists using the main highway, screw them!

i hate motorbike , really ,sometime in right hand side when turn junction,they cut out at right, but my relative use motobike also,
then i think/understand them have difficult life, so all i always do is give them priority 1st then only i continue drive/use the road..

I hardly use PLUS. Federal Highway most of the time, can see a lot of them daily. Polis got catch but how many can they catch.... If catch, you should know what's next...

i saw once a young guy came off from 199x kancil white colour, in jelutong penang.
he came down from car ,in front of him is a motorbike ,beside the motorbike is the body of an old man,his face facing bottoom of the road, his back face up. the kancil guy i no idea hw is he now.

well other than the incident above , motorbikes also like to spoil my side mirror . especially during morning jam from kesas to subang.

i dono about them,but for me i use the car road coz got paku,kaca n things that can make my tayar bocor...we just can't take the risk...
n try ride a bike, u will know what m talking about

better to have a special lane for motorbike, safe for car driver and motorcyclist... sometimes motorbike take advantage juz becoz of the ease of small size, they tend to disobey the rule and regulation. i hate that. For example, the sign board mention cannot U-Turn, but motorcyclist tend to U-turn due to time consuming or ... when face accident, which side shd be blame? sure is the motorcyclist be the victim then they will sue the opposite side, but they never of what did they do when they are on their bike.. Bear in mind, once motorcyclist falls down, it cause injure for sure no matter big or small... so as motorcyclist, pls think of urself... sometimes i would think that my car is more precious than the motorcyclist life due to they do not behave themselve.... too bad

how often do NEW tyres puncture? i find that near-to-botak (30% or less) tread car tyres seem to give me the most probs with punctures.

btw can i use my car in the motor lane since the motorbikes dont want to use their lane? got new tar summore.

car uses tubeless tires .. u dont have tubes like motorbike . car tire puncture, can still go for awhile at slow speed to get him/herself to patch it . bikes with tubes tire cant . once it punctured, totally flat and sometimes can cause lost control and crash .

it doesnt matter if the tire new or old, when the tubes punctured, flat ...

sarcastic issit .. try see the motorcycle lanes .. new tar is just a louzy patch job that can easily damaged after a few weeks.

I hate motorbikes who deliberately ride in the middle of the lane and really slowly. There was this really godzilla-sized guy riding a small 125cc bike that day. Man...it was like the bike couldn't go above 30kmph because he was overweight

if ur car tyre puncture u just have to pay rm 5 oni.. the bikers cost double of ur price.. if bikers got puncture in the middle of the highway cost more than rm 20 for a single tube. oso ur car hav spare tyre..

for me, if a motorbike rider wants other drivers to treat them as a "car", then he has to ride like a "car".

For example, pls dun f*cking ride at the middle of 2 lanes. Ride in a lane, not in between lanes and overtaking between cars of both the lanes. The best way is to find a car that suits your speed, and just follow that car at the back.

Secondly, check rear mirror before swerving to the left/right. Please dont assume that you+your bike will be able to avoid the incoming car from behind, or the incoming car will be able to avoid you. If I am driving, I will definitely maintain my speed and direction and welcoming you to come hit my side.

Yeah, they swerve left and right in between lanes like their father's road, and even family man with one boy and wife also do that sometimes. Can they get a life?
And to add to that they come out of T-junction without looking. they assume we will look out for them.

One way to annoy them is to speed up during rain beside them because they will kena the puddle splash.
And also one more way is to simply put your wiper on max speed and press the water spray. I do this especially during traffic jam, when i see moto coming along my side, I quicky press the front screen water spray and put the wiper to max. They always kena one. sometimes their reaction very funny like they look behind and give cock stare or soemtimes try to swerve after they kena the water. LOL

I know one guy quite rich, either half-millionaire or millionaire, he ride old bike to work, fuel for 1 week is RM6. Ask him why not buy car, he said no use for it. Hmmm.

and I also know some guys, and one of them own a big company, yet the only thing he own is Wave 125, he ride that Wave to work everyday, he only drive his wife car when he need to, and he drive his son car if he want to have some "young" feeling, and he happen to be my own dad.

also know this guy, who own another big company, he have honda civic, and a Kancil yet he still ride his Modenas Passion to work, and he let his auntie drive his Kancil everyday, and only drive his CIvic when dating or going sumwhere important and far. and he happen to be my own brother.

I also know one Dato`, who have that Cayenne back home, but still riding Vulcan to work, everyday. that Cayenne only used for family outing.

First thing, riding in between lanes to squeeze through cars are definitely WRONG.

Secondly, for me, I prefer the bikers to ride at the middle of the left lane, like a car. The reason is, if I wanna overtake the bike, I will have to treat the bike like a car, meaning I will have to switch to the right lane to over the bike. This means safety for the biker. If you ride at the left side of left lane, I as a driver, will not switch to the right lane at all. I will just squeeze pass the bike very closely and remain at the left lane.

One thing for sure, many drivers has no respect to bike riders. They do not treat them equally as road users. But for me, I will always want to treat them just like cars, ie. giving them space, have patient while waiting for them to give way, etc. But what annoys me the most are those uncles riding at 70km/h in the middle of 2 lanes in LDP, making me difficult to overtake them, despite the fact that the left lane is empty.

why? then why ride a bike if u need to wait behind car? this is not Australia or US of A. this is Malaysia. most of Malaysian ride bike to work bcoz of the heavy traffic, fuel price, and mobility.

if bike not allowed to squeeze through cars, can u imagine the traffic?

some biker already sacrifice their own safety and comfort so they wont increase traffic. think about that.

you can squeeze through cars all you wan when there is jam (i.e. cars not moving). But what I see is, those bikes wheezing through cars at 90-100km/h when the cars are doing 80km/h. And there is hardly 2 meters of space for the bike to squeeze through.

yup always encounter this situation, the first thing i would do is tailgate them untill nearly bump thier back tyre , sometimes must give them some pressure too for how dangerous it is

if i found those kind of motorcyclist overspeed and wanna overtake me, i will give space to them to overtake safetly... depend where they want to overtake, if overtake from my left then i slightly go to right; if overtake from my right then i sligthly go to left...

even i stopping at the traffic light i also do so... i will ensure the space between 2 lane enough for motorcyclist to pass thru... some of the vehicles dont give a d@mm to them, hog the middle of 2 lane when stopping caused motorcyclist difficult to go thru... i do so is bcos had a experience that my dad car side mirror knocked by motorcyclist's handle with very high speed while stopping to wait for traffic light at PJ jalan semangat and side mirror become no mirror, the mirror fall on road... but my dad no stopped his car slight to another side, impossible blocked any motorcyclists... that time freaking angry and come out from car run towards to the motorcyclist to claim back the damage... at last the motorcyclist realized i chasing him and rev his motor run away from the scene although the traffic light showing red... bravo... hope he can a lesson there by risking his life going thru red light... touch wood that the mirror no break in pieces and able to slot in to the side mirror again...

Yupe, I never generalize that bikers are bad. Just that sometimes bikers really need to resists the temptation of squeezing through tight space for the sake of their own safety.

note: i've been riding eversince i left school and i've experienced many characters on the road that really pisses me off... but still, not all of them out there are the same...

and one of them i remember... it was raining heavily and i was rushing back home to drive mom out sumwhere.... obviously i was riding my bike.... then, heavy traffic jam at the traffic light at subang where i work... i had a bit of space to squeeze through and go forward where i can exit to highway and go back home... but there was this car whose driver was a young lady with (i assume) her boyfriend beside here... she quickly advanced to the front car blocking my path and trapping me in the middle... i look at them and raised my hand asking them to reverse.... all they did was look at each other and laugh.... how mean is that... at least think la a bit... not like ur car oso moving... let the bike go laa... just cos you think bikers are stupid or what dun la do like that... you're sitting in your car so comfortably and the guy in the bike is probably going back home after a hard day at work and cant afford to drive everyday to work because its expensive!

and for ur info I always block car that want to overtake other car at the left lane, and once I block 3 BMW`s who using emergency lane on PLUS during heavy traffic, want to overtake me, then hit me, try me, and I`ll make u famous

now that driver and any driver that drives on the emergency lane deserved to be shot, burn and killed....

my ex RG sport use tubeless....even with a nail on the tyre, i still can ride up to genting & back to kl safely...~~~

btw, i had a bad experience infront of sunway pyramid...
who stay nearby should know...if we drive from S.Pyramid to subang jaya, the u-turn junction ody close, u only can drive futher up & u-turn under the flyover...
that brainless motocyclist try to go across the road, he is from esso sunway, go across the road like a crab...wth!!!
then he hit my car left rear door....i do make a police report, but....wtf....both side also no fault....that means i can't claim his insurance....

they are a niusance, but in all fairness there are nice ones as well. i got rear ended smack in the centre of my rear bumper by one once. to my surprise, he did not run, or even call his 'gang' or intimidate me. he actually stopped and looked over the damage with me, and ask how did i want him to settle. he tore his jeans and the damage was cosmetic, and since he was so nice i also no heart to angry, so i asked for a sorry and sent him on his way... he restored my faith in malaysian motorcyclists.

motorbike do have tubeless tyre. i wanna changed last time, but thinks thinks i no need it.

If want to fix tubeless tyre need to chnage to Sport Rims too. If change to sport rims then it will look sporty and then we can be come rempits lor.

Sorry to bring up this post again.

Just now I almost hit by a motorcyclist, the time is around 7.30pm. I'm bout to turn to the left lane, so I put on the signal and look at the side mirror. I see there isn't any car coming (yes, by judging from whether is there a light or not because it's getting dark, no light means no car la). So I make a turn, and once I get into the lane, somebody sound me from the back. Again I check my back mirror, I don't see any light.. but Hey! look carefully, there's a shade look like a motorcyclist... Omg, a motorcyclist without a light, that's dangerous!

Thank god, neither of us get involve in an accident.

its the Mat Rempit that cause the most troubles on the road, heck even driving to school is a problem for me cuz my school area is near a construction site (wild hog like to hang out there) and there was one time when I had to park outside the school compound cuz gotong royong in the school, came back and found out my car's side mirror is gone, deep scratches on both side of the car, BOY I was pissed, its just a kancil !!

Last year bought the Persona, park it in front of my mother's shop (next to freakin cybercafe that just started business, bad boys territory ) overnight. The next day I discover a few scratches (not that deep) on one side of the car, glad to know I was not the only victim Many cars that park near the shoplot area at peak hours also got pwned.

Again its the Mat Rempit that is causing the most troubles on the streets. If ur rich, buy yourself a beat up kancil and go bloodring with them !!

owh, ok i belive millionairs ride bikes... its juz that very few of them will... 2day again almost bang a motorbike at the high way, he suddenly come into my road, i horn him then he move away, or this time really bang him d cuz i dont wan hit my brake pedal... they got their own lane dont wan use, use car lane somore wan come to fast lane... zzz

motorbike lane is ok but if it terminates at a farked up spot like the kesas usj exit motor lane (where for some reason the cars love to eat into the emergency quarter-lane, god knows why) there's not much point in it.

Done both, now I love motorbiking

im a x-biker and i had an accident back 8 years ago and hav a bad injury at my right leg.
but now everything goes fine and now im a car lovers pulak

i've been hit my a car front by front (bertembung) coz the car terbabas and its directly hit me at my right leg/bike.
for my 2cents, motorbike is more dangerous eventho they ride carefully. coz the bike just hav 2 tyres.
just a slow hit, or terhit them will cause disaster.

as for me, if the rider is like uncle2, grandfather2, i will slowly avoid and give way.
but if its like mat rempit, kiss my asappp mennnnnn!

last time 1 bike hit my bumper from side and he just wreeeenggggg leaving me. nowayyyy men, i chase him at jalan pahang setapak there until trafficlight after shell there, i manage to reach him and hit him. he collapse and i go out of my car and catch him.
he yada yada here and there.
i grab his leher and just said: "aku peduli apa kau siapa, kau dah langgar sekurang2nya berhenti minta maaf ke apa ke. ni blah lari camtu je."

after that baru he said sorry to me and bla bla bla.. he gave me his money about rm100 coz my R3 bumper tanggal abit from the clip.
i didn't take it and said: "aku taknak duit kau. sekurang2nya kau dah minta maaf dah cukup. kalau tadi kau berhenti mungkin aku ambil duit kau tu."

then he take my hand and shake it.

thats my experience la coz im a x-biker and i know how its feel when u ride a bike and get hit badly.

now when i drive my lovely Gen2, i'll be more carefull with biker and more drag faster hahahahaha

Well, motorbikes are alright IMO but just that they are irritating when drivers are driving at highway at fast speed and they are like in the mid of the lane driving like their father's road and don give way...
I dun mind motorcycles passing thru mid of two lanes if traffic jam well... dats if they drive slowly and carefully...... dun go bang ppl side mirror lah.....

just hate that during junction or T corner..... they just suddenly come from back and turn zzzz when got car in front turning d..... no see one meh...
