QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Jun 17 2008, 02:17 PM) @naz, HSBC is a great card issuer... especially when u use it oversea... I've once encounter a ultra solid offer @ HK...HSBC booths are available at Gardens & Mid Valley; at least the last time I was there it was there and it gave me the impression it'll be there for quite a while. You perhaps could check that out or if u really wish, U could just download the application form online and fax it in [perhaps they even have an online application?] AhH.. Ur in LUCK! I just found the salesperson who helped me on my HSBC Gold Credit Card. Have PMed U his contact details. @TeraPox, And what would U like to know? My sister's bf holds DA Platinum. I can buy one free one for a buffet dinner in a 5star hotel I'm asking about CIMB platinum.. not DA..i know they belongs to the same family now, but i'm now interested with the "mother". not the"daughter". I take credit cards becoz i wanna take the advantage of the bank ma...
other than discount, i put all my expenses into my cards with a few minor benefit that most people wont notice... 1) using credit card prevent wastage. u pay round figure, and prevent giving tips(hehehe) and you don't have to carry coins which normally you will throw into a box when you got home... 2)Points points points! if you spend 10 ringgit in cash. you get 10 riggit item. if you spend 10 ringgit in cc you get 10 ringgit item + 10 points. hahaha (i've change a few dect phones, a samsonite luggage, vouchers and etc thro out last few years using my cc points) Added on June 17, 2008, 5:19 pm*ps : as long as you pay in full every month, the bank can't charge you any finance charges and annual fee... you WIN!!! @Riddhy
if you really need a very very high limit credit cards, try AMEX credit platinum or UOB Preffered Platinum... both come without any preset limit... for normal cards, they will still let you through if you r abit over ur CL..but they will charge u a penatly of RM50...on top of the interest. |
