It's one kind of FD but the denomination is in foreign currency like USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and etc.

I believe most commercial banks offer such deposit instrument like MBB, CIMB, PB and etc.

Most of the China funds that PM/PB launched previously are still not reaching its starting NAV. Therefore, China related funds are considered risky.

FD is not even an investment. It towards saving/deposit (time deposit). Don't compare an apple with an orange.
