@UltimatePerfect,
You should act speak with a banker to give you a better assessment. You can check out Malaysia Real Estate | About Housing Loans for general information. |

@UltimatePerfect,
I don't think it matters whether ur a biz owner or not - just check which bank offers u the best deal and go with it. I believe there was a discussion about Lowest Home Loan Interest Rates |

I think you should be concern whether your CCRIS record is good before starting to look for home loan rates. If you have bad repayment habits to banks, then you might have problems.
For Biz owner, bank usually use 6-8 months of your current statement and get the average or you can use your Borang B with tax receipt. |

And U can get more information on CCRIS from the website. You can also actually make a request to have a look at ur own credit ratings ya know?!
More is being discussed at Credit Card Thread v2 (Post #2495 & 2499) |

Most of the banks have similar criteria for evaluating a loan applicant. They will look at your income level, credit history, etc.
As for which bank, most people will do a survey and get the bank with the most competitive package. If you want to reduce hassle (in terms of giving supporting documents), ask your home bank first (i.e. the bank that you or your business banks with) since they already have some of your financial info. |

If u want to take the max loan (90%) some of the bank may have some criteria.
For example; Alliance Bank max loan (90%) your saving accout must have triple of the monthly installment (maintain 6 months) or u can show them your Fixed Deposit slip. |
