Min Requirement actually depend how much margin of finance u want to loan..and it will depend on your income

if u r self employed then the bank will request ur:-

-Company business registration, for S/B form 24,49,9
-6 months latest company bank statements
-personal bank statement / passbook
-Borang BE
-Fix Deposit (if yes)
