Yup, the taxable amount is including the Shipping Cost.

In your case, just print the Amazon Invoice and show them that there are discount because of Buy 2 get 1 free.

Once it happens to me before, the discounted item is USD 50 but Amazon put the Real invoice which is USD 150. Plus the Shipping cost more than RM 500 edy.

I explained to the custom that the Amazon invoice is basically for Insurance purposes just incase the item missing. I then told them that the purchased value is only USD 50 because of the discount.

Told them nicely and humbly, in the end they lepaskan my item.

i had the invoice when i was there, i pointed it out to the custom officer. then he ask me go to see counter 3 officer. but at that time i didnt know about the rm500 ruling so i didnt make a case. he told me to go back to room 2 *pening* which is the pos malaysia. anyway i left empty handed

when i came back, check here says rm500 ruling so i called. they say fax over the invoice which i did and lepas itu they ask me to go see custom officer again.

in my heart, i go #%^^&.....

That day I watched Blade Runner HD-DUD at Pop's place also I tertido.

Me already have one, this is my friend. He don't really like Spidey, bought because too excited about his new PS3 and home system.

I'm just rying to help on his behalf. He also wanna let go Troy Director's Cut and Departed, both brand new unopened.
