ok i've finally managed to deactivate restriction...using pin2 = 1234 and not 12345. luckily called the maxis guys and got the correct code from him. i can now finally surf on 3g and wifi, send mms and video call. but the lousy maxis 3g don't have reception at my area

from day 1 i know the crystal case wont protect my phone...
just waste money...

nokia didnt sell in japan... too bad

also forget about skool 4 pieces of screen protector, u need expert to fit in...
typical sales guys will not put effort sticking for u (they dont wan to earn small money)....
like my case, the sales guy cincai stick on it but later the 1 sales gurl take over and try to put it nicely
but by the time i reach back home, i notice the keypad protector did not fit!!! 0.5mm - 1mm bubble space...

my advise >> KEEP NOKIA ORIGINAL PROTECTOR!!!
u can mod the ori protector, just cut the gray area... someone hv post it in this thread...
