Any reason for doing that?
Still don't understand why they would reject if you have sufficient proof tho.

Their visa system is abit different compare other countries , previously they did ban a celebrity visa despite how rich he is.
Funny things is submitted the exact same document but park under different approving officer , the second officer approved it hmm.gif

There seems to be some changes to the request for further processing process

This is the latest letter generated
QUOTE
Thank you for your application for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) (subclass 601) for Australia.
For your ETA to be considered further you need to:
• submit an online form through ImmiAccount
• provide additional information by completing Form 1554: ETA Request for further processing and attach it to
your application in ImmiAccount

You must complete all questions in the online form and attach the required supporting documents. The
Department will then consider whether you are eligible for an ETA. If you submit an incomplete request or
provide incorrect information, your request may be delayed or refused.
See immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/applying-online-or-on-paper/online for more information about
applying online using ImmiAccount.
Your credit card payment for the service charge has been received. This service charge is not refundable. It will
appear on your credit card statement against the business name iVISA SERVICES, NORTH SYDNEY.
Please do not submit any further ETA applications through the Australian ETA App, as the result will be
the same. Alternatively, you can apply for another visa that is suitable for your travel needs:
immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-finder
You might be eligible for a Visitor (subclass 600) visa. See: immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/ visas/getting-a-visa/
visa-listing/visitor-600/tourist-stream-overseas
Previously we were asked to submit extra stuff via this link - https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-suppor...processing-form

Now their letter is asking ppl to submit via ImmiAccount hmm.gif

Seems like they got certain rules for auto approval by system , those not auto approve have to spend lots of time submitting extra document for processing.
Is your passport old passport ? Or new passport this year ?
