d lowest vcore available is d vid i think, it's not like dfi or biostar where u can undervolt ya chip voltage. there's only one option for d vcore settin, which starts from d lowest (vid) available. sad.gif

i've requested for a copy of beta bios, will try & share w/ u guys if it works better than d stock bios. wink.gif

bro, u ain't need d sb600, u got a dedicated raid controller in SiI3132 which is alot faster than d crappy SB600, trust me. wink.gif

not much complain for a cheapo CF board bro, so far so gud thou i kena torture by d raid thingy for d 1st 2 days, then had minor hiccup w/ my sound card & latest d abit EQ issue, but all these solved so i can start playin d oc a 'lil. biggrin.gif

vid shown in 790FX & AX78 is d same, 1.25v for my lousy 0715... tongue.gif

690g is meant for am2 only, thou it supports phenoms but if u would like to have all d features available in ya 9550, get a phenoms board in 780g (or other 7x0 boards) equipped mobo. nod.gif

btw, to all 770 mobo users, do u guys face high temp @ pwm? i'm havin quite high (near 60'c on load w/ 1.35v vcore) pwm temp... w/ phenoms it's gonna be higher i think... sweat.gif

chip temp is acceptable @ ~47'c w/ d amount of vcore mentioned, surprisingly system temp is ok, below 40'c all the time. smile.gif

some new findins:

- AOD works but voltages not shown properly.
- put v s.b = vcore, oc more stable.
- must disable d eq control thingy in bios if u want d abit EQ to work properly in windows.

i know we as amd fans knew that sb got 'lil to do w/ amd oc, but do give it a try (by increasin d v s.b for mild oc ) when u oc ya chip on 770 chipset boards (or atleast ax78). i managed to brin down d vcore a 'lil by applyin v s.b near or equal to vcore. smile.gif

i'm not so sure bout d temp readin too... my ax78 is reportin ~53'C for chip, 33'C for system (to be honest i still dunno what system is referrin to until now), pwm is d hottest among all... 63'C... sweat.gif

all temps are on load w/ 1.42v @ 3.2GHz, system reboot after 10 mins... laugh.gif

revert back to 3.0GHz now, no point forcin d chip to do wat it can't... smile.gif

gonna try how far d board can brin my 10 anni, but i'm not expectin it to be as gud as 690g for sure. nod.gif
