of cos in de beginning i geli lo, oso very scared to touch it.. so i buy forcep.. now i'm gutloading them with vege & catfood.. and just now i tested my hammies reaction with the mealworm.. they all grab the mealies like never eat for 1 yr dy

so the way we feed them is
cat/dog food--->mealworn--->hams
why dont we just feed our hams with cat/dog food then?

actually we can feed our hammies with some dog kibbles also but not as their staple food, only give a bit. can provide more nutricient.
