Possible. If loan approved by tomorrow, straightaway pay down payment. Add another RM50 for JPJ registration (for fast process).

Actually, the light indicate the cofiguration/calibrating process ,meaning it will calculate the idle brake pressure for each tyre. Try fully pressing your brake pedal and turn on the ignition, you may end up locking one or more of your wheel due to improper calibration. If this happen, turn off your engine, the let it do the calibrating process again (this ime, don't step on the pedal lar) 

handbrake can lar... else how to start your car when at slopes. 

Don't release your handbrake lar.. just like what they thought you at Driving School. Turn your key to on, wait for the whole calibration process to complete, then start your car. Put into gears then only release your handbrake. 

Can. Add RM50 for fast registration. 

Usually JPJ need 1 day time to register your car. But because tomorrow is Friday, got Friday prayers. Better add RM50 to use the 'fast lane' service. I also have to add RM50, same case as yours. But luckily, got nice numbers.

NICE THINGS IS ALWAYS WORTH TO WAIT

After e-Daftar they can register your car. Should be no problem for getting your car tomorrow. But I'll advise you to pick up the car on Saturday, preferably at noon rather than tomorrow evening. The reason is that easier to see imperfect paint job an scratches under sunlight. 

Before you get your car, SA will need you to sign a document declaring that you receive your car without problem. Better if you bring along a couples of relative/friends so can check thoroughly, because we sometimes are so happy/eager to get the car and end up just sign anything the instruct without reading it. I know I am.
