not really,i think being young is a blessing,
ASB loan is a long term investment, not for a quick shotgun junkies who want early return,
my advice... do invest early, just jump in 50k or 150k and let it lay there for 5 years or more
just think of it like you paying a car loan,
after that you have a choice,
stop and enjoy the dividend or let the loan pay it self,
or make your ASB loan pay your housing loan and pay it self,
which i already do ehemm eheem
yes asb is considered as commitment,
but if you print that asb book and send it to the bank,
no bank will refuse your proposal for buying a house or a car,
that is if you had a lot in it,
