samsung series 4 not bad. i have 2, another one is sharp aquas 53m which have 100mzh.

in game, samsung better la cuz less ghosting. movie also better cuz this panel is capable to display 1080p signal.. which is reduce signal to 720p. another thing is this samsung panel can support 24p cinema mode. there is slighly improvement on the ghosting. tested with sweedny todd and 3:10 to yuma.

sharp mah... it is much better in viewing tv show and DVD movie because of the help of the 100mzh signal.

that's all~

Is the Panasonic 32LX800MK any good? Most of the electrical shops I went don't even have a display unit and the sale persons all discourage me from buying. Most of them asked me to buy Sony or Samsung instead. Any opinion? I am looking for a 32" LCD for PS3, Blue-Ray and also Astro.

Yup, samsung really good in quality and design (own perception)... 3 and 4 series (HD ready) come with affordable price which suitable for either movie or games... Anyway, for me, I'll either chose series 5 or 6 (Full HD) flex.gif

Recommendations thread... Thank god.

For X360, 32", Cheaper than 2k. Start shooting? XD

I know it's kind of hard to get something that's cheaper than 2k for 32" LCD TVs that can go up to 720p/1080i, but, help?

For below RM2K, either Toshiba 32AV500E or Samsung 32A330. All LCD TV supports 720p and 1080i.

I use bravia 32 400S for those. Astro is clear, wii is superb and also the dvd playback.

Last time I bought at Jusco and got 5% discount. For rm2499 i got RM2375. Warranty is the same like sony shop. Try n ask at Jusco whether there are still discount or not. (coz Jusco always hv sale)

i really should listen to this guy, but i don't. don't make the same mistake as i did.

"My suggestion is try keep out of Samsung LCD TV because of market pricing competition issue, they have gradually low grade their products & qualities. Instead you may consider on Toshiba, Sony or Sharp.....
You will notice the differences even on the product weight itself. I was enlighted by a close pal which working in Audio Video division.

The TV will win actually.

Because the resolution of the TV is that much closer to that of the native 1280x720.
