Hi everyone , I have a Maybank Debit Card over here and can it be used for Paypal services ?

My Debit Card is the IMTEEN one ..... tried getting the card verified but it says

Error MessageThis credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

What can I do ? I am only 17 this year ... Help is much appreciated

I only have this Maybank Debit Card [VISA ]

Hey guys , is this a new paypal policy ? Why I cant top up my Paypal using other banks ? RHB can . Other banks if I'm not wrong charge some fees .
Newbie here . =x . I have CIMB Clicks account .

Any chances that transfer to/from other banks will be back ?
