to TS, please don't rush it just because you don't want to be single or feel like there's something wrong with you.

I was exactly like you and when I was about 24-25 I was sick of it and jumped into a relationship with someone I should not have - an older guy and a total tool IMO Totally regret it.

The only thing I suggest is perhaps go out more and expand your circle of friends. Don't think too much of bf/gf or needing to have a bf. Make friends. Concentrate on your life. Live your life.

I personally don't think there is any problem being single.
In fact, I think it would be a wise thinking to be single until your tender age.
I mean like it does show that you're careful at picking your partner of life.

So yeah. Don't have to be sad about it

it would be good if you can learn to blend into other ppl, having loads of conversations, etc.

Why all ur friends and ur sisters got BF while u dont ? They want to be together OR its pantang in the family for being single ? Are u pressured because ur single and lonely OR u wan to join the 'I have a soulmate' community ? Ask ur self this b4 venturing to a love-making society.

that's harsh, and seriously no one ever stays together on those shows even if u do find someone.

Personally for me, I am 23 and have never had a bf, yes I have been asked out, yes random ppl have asked for my
numbers in clubs, but seriously why settle? - I actually cant tell whether u have been asked out b4,but there are worse things than being single.
A lot of times ppl have bf's just cos their easy.

Looking at the whole thing realistically - there are more women than men in the world, if you take out the gay, married, attached,
too old, too ugly, too young. There isnt that many that your left with and then how many aren't jerks?

my advice, work on your own life and try to make it so that you can be happy with it just being single, and if you meet someone
that it is worth sharing your life with than great, if not thats still ok.

As I said there are worse things than being single!!!

Well, to be honest, i sort of understand ur feeling....i think we, really had the statement "dun worry, you will find ur mr rights in the future" enuf......most of our friends say this to us where this usually never happen so far.....secondly, i dun quite like the word DESPERATE! you think we have a choice and like to be labeled as desperate....i think having a partner is more like, "ok i have something good that other people can see and appreciate"....is a matter of self esteem, and how u view urself as a person with something good in ur personality....and when most ur friends are coupled, they often are not so approachable...u feel even worst when u r lonely and helpless.....NOBODY WANT TO BE DESPERATE!

Honey, don't EVER lose your self-esteem. It's the most powerful tool a woman can ever own. No boyfriend, SO WHAT?! There is more to life than just ONE person... there's family and friends which consists of ... well.. big numbers!

If we all lose our self identity just cause we don't have the 'boyfriend', then it's the wrong reason...

As to what kind of girls that guys are into, well, it's up to the guys to answer that. I cannot be the judge.

Take your time. Don't rush into finding the WRONG GUY just so that you can quickly have a guy to call your 'boyfriend'.

And yea..like the rest all mention here.. go out and socialize! Ask your friends to intro more friends to you... be the party girl in the group! Self-esteem and self-confident will bring you a wide network. Then, of all you know, you'll have too many guys to choose from!
