Then I must be really blur then, heh.
By the way is there any way we can ask for unlimited from Maxis? And how much? Bloody hell is just ownage towards Steamyx...
Just go to Maxis center and apply for Maxis 3G unlimited..........but you cannot change wbb to 3G unlimited......

but tell something logic like 3GB not enough or somewht.......im still waiting my contract end.........

Ok tips............
1. You must have made a report/complaint about the service (slow speed/disconnections) to the Maxis WBB Customer Service
2. You must have all (if more than 1 report) of the Case-ID/Report number (for reference and proof)
3. Call Maxis WBB CS and tell them you want to terminate without the termination fee.
4. The CS will tell you it is not possible to terminate without paying the termination fee. Stay calm.
5. Request to speak to a supervisor. If the supervisor is not available, ask for the supervisor's name and what time he/she will be available.
6. If the supervisor is available, explain to them that you have troubles with the service. This is a good time to mention that you made several complaints in the past. Also, please jot down his/her name.
7. Tell him/her that you would like to terminate WBB and then subscribe to Maxis 3G. Make them understand that you are not running away from Maxis....you
8. If they ask why you want to subscribe to Maxis 3G, just say that you've read some good reviews on the internet.
9. If you work in the IT Industry, and download a lot of *work* related materials, mention that the 3GB Data Usage limit is not enough and you need a better service....such as Maxis 3G.
10. They will probably ask you to wait for a day for them to speak to the higher management about your case.
11. They will ask your handphone number to keep it in their system so that they can record your details and give you a private office number.
12. Make a follow-up call the next day. If nobody answers the office number, call Maxis WBB CS and request to speak to the supervisor you spoke yesterday. If he/she is not available, ask them when they will be available.
13. If the supervisor have not called you after 24 hours and 1 minute, call the office again.
14. Read the above notes at least 3 times smile.gif
* The notes above are from my own personal experience.
** Remember, please speak in a very calm & decent tone....they are not the ones who made the ridiculous fair usage policy.
